Jay did a fantastic job of fixing my pc! He clearly explained to me what the issue was and how he remedied it in a way that I could understand it. Super down-to-earth guy that knows what he's doing and does it well.

I am not a computer savvy person. I am happy to have found Jay. He is Honest, efficient, and explains things in a way that most computer repair shops don't. He introduced me to a good security product, that has both a free or an upgrade option at a reasonable price.
I finally found someone who will fix what I need done without doing things I don't need. He makes sure the computer runs at it best. Without suggesting things to up the bill.
I'd give more then a 5 star.

Super friendly and super fast work ethic,got everything working on my computer with no problems and even walked me through on how to fix it if happened again,thank you so much Jay definitely going back if ever need anything again
