I have used Karls for plumbing and hvac in two different home remodels. Mike the plumber is the best there is. Overall, they have great communication and fair pricing. They have also helped me out in a bind, so they get extra credit from me!

We were assigned Karl's by our home warranty, when our water heater wasn't working. They called promptly to get info on our specific model, & arrived at our home in less than one hour. Within less than an hour from arriving, it was fixed! The technician was informative & friendly. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!Service: Water heater repair

I have used Karls in the past with good results. So when I saw them down the road servicing a neighbors issue, I asked when they were done to stop in to look at a whole house water filter that needed to be replaced. The mechanic was in my house less than 5 minutes and agreed it needed to be replace. I was in no rush and he came back within 2 weeks. What I was really surprised with, they charged me a trip charge and a full hours worth of work for being in my house 5 minutes! I guess I would have been much better off telling them I needed it replaced on the phone, rather than having them spend 5 minutes to charge me $88.
