Service Master of Clark and Jackson County here in Wisconsin is a place I never wanted to make a call to, but water and sewer backup claims brought me to call them. Surprisingly, what began as a nightmare turned into a very pleasurable experience. You know when you borrow something, you return the item better than when you got it. That is how I felt when the Service Master of C and J finished doing what they do best. I thought that the rooms looked better than before it was damaged. ServiceMaster of Clark and Jackson County go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Bob is extremely knowledgeable regarding mold issues. Nicole who headed up the crew which came to do the mold remediation on my crawl space was fantastic. Dawn, takes care of the office, and no matter how busy they are, she always takes the time to answer your questions. Servpro of La Crosse told me it would take at least two weeks to get me an estimate. Bob & Dawn with ServiceMaster of Jackson and Clark County had an estimate to me within 48 hours, and this while they were super busy with flood and fire damage estimates to do.
