Our family has been treated for various reasons by Dr. Puckett and other physicians at the Cedarburg Doctors Office and each time it's been a positive experience. The staff are personable and compassionate about helping their patients. We highly recommend the Cedarburg Doctors Office.

We had a great experience at The Doctor’s Office. My son had to get a physical for sports and they were able to schedule a same day appointment.Really peaceful and relaxing office and everyone was very kind.

We perform physicals, provide immunizations, and treat illness and injuries for the general public. The Doctor’s Office accepts cash, debit and credit cards only.
