Overall, I had an excellent experience with the Cedarburg Hearin Life office. The office was clean, modern, and pleasant. The audiologist, Patricia was very experienced, professional, and knowledgible in her field. In fact, she discovered why my 2 previous pairs of hearing aids that I had purchased elsewhere, were very uncomfortable for me: my ear canal is very narrow, and thus standard hearing aid domes are uncomfortable and fall out of my ear. She suggested a custom molded hearing aid for me. She was absolutely correct. My mom is 92 yrs old and they are very kind and explain to her why it is important to wear her hearing aids. Patricia always checks everything on her hearing aids and always helps myMom out very patiently. I am very happy with the service and kindness every time I visit with my mom!!
