Our old air conditioner suddenly stopped working one day, we were immediately worried we needed to replace the whole thing. I gave Tom a call and he was here in 30 minutes, he figured out the problem quickly and cleaned out a mouse nest too! He had it fixed in no time and we were very happy I called him. Lots for me to learn at the Milwaukee Curling Club. After the Learn to Curl class in October, I got started with some practice and a beginner league match in the next week. Amazed by the willingness of the experienced members to help the beginners as we try to learn and develop consistency. Don't be afraid to come out and try curling - lots of people showing patience and understanding as they offer their help! Curl with beginners on Saturday mornings and Sunday evenings, and add your name to the sub list for any leagues you are available. You will find the opportunity to play as much as you like! And you will meet some great people!As my first season comes to a close, I have learned a lot, I'm looking forward to reopening in October. Season two will be in more leagues ... TBD. This is the best kennel to use! I used them for my past dog (after moving here from Michigan) for years and now I bring my current dog. Ginger loves coming here and they take great care of the dogs!! Jennifer is an awesome owner and cares about all that stay there.

Dr. Jeff is amazing. This was my second visit. I went to him in crippling pain for my lower back. I was hunched over and could barely walk without pain. Dr. Jeff stretched, adjusted and taped my back. I was able to walk straight up instantly and when I got home. I was really impressed. I've been to other chiropractors who have left me in more pain. Not the case with Dr. Jeff. Amazing doctor with an amazing team. Everyone is friendly and they truly make you feel comfortable.

Remember when doctors spent time with you and explained things, and cared about how you were doing? Dr. Walters is that kind of optometrist! I took my 91 year-old mom to her appointment and sat in with her while Dr. Walter examined her and explained everything along the way in a patient, simple way that was easy to understand. It was like having your best friend doing your eye exam. He was professional and polite and spent a lot of time with us making sure that the exam was thorough and everything was addressed. My mom has been going to him for 30 years and I feel like he did the best job I have ever seen from an eye doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Walters!

I’ve been seeing Kim 2+ years, and she is perfection! I adore they ways she’s colored my hair in the past, and, at my most recent visit, I had her chop my long locks. So pleased with the results! The cut is adorable, and I’m in love with the blonde she achieved. Plus, Kim is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The salon is clean, comfortable, and COVID-friendly! 10/10 in my books!

Excellent source of high quality mulch at the best prices I’ve found in the area. I’ve done two deliveries so far- one for jack pine (mix of hemlock and pine bark) and one hardwood. Very happy with both, which are deep brown very high quality. Delivery has always been easy to schedule, and arrival on time as expected. Will keep using- thanks guys!

I have hair down to my waist and am SO glad I’ve found Olivia! I had been to several other hair stylists prior and I think many people assume long hair is a quick easy cut. Olivia never cuts more than we’ve discussed and is always bang-on with executing any change ups I want to try like adding layers, bangs, or the overall shape of my hair. When I bring in photos of trendy cuts, she knows what will and won’t work with my length and, if something won’t work, how we can adapt it to still achieve a very similar look. I’ve been going to her for almost two years now and have since moved to New Berlin, but still make the drive up to Cedarburg to see her!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Rachel and Sisters Salon. The style I requested for my wedding turned out STUNNING, and she was able to make something beautiful even though the florist forgot to make me a flower hairpiece. Loved chatting with Rachel, and deeply appreciated how accommodating they were when a few of my guests and bridesmaids stopped by to say hello! She even let me stay and use one of the empty salon mirrors to do my makeup before the event. I cannot recommend this location and stylist enough! So kind - Thank you!

Groth Water wells.We had a new water well installed by Groth Water Well Co.; we could not have found a better company to work with. The old well was in a basement alcove. Jim Groth came by several weeks later to review the work involved and give us an estimate.What a nice guy! He was pleasant, meticulous, and conversational. He offered us alternatives but pointed out pros and cons. We could have the connection to the well through lateral drilling by another company. We have a new 5” concrete driveway, but he promised to do everything possible to minimize/avoid driveway damage when bringing a 30-ton rig over it. Jim came back several times to review everything, the driveway, how to bring in the rig, etc. He was always punctual and gave us a heads up when he was close enough.Work began 2 weeks ago, with Jason Groth, the head of one of their crews, as “foreman.” Jason was excellent! For us, this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience [I suppose it had better be]. He didn’t mind my being close to the work area as long as I was at a safe distance and was careful. He explained every step of the work and potential for problems ahead. From years of experience, these were cautionary things and with the principle of “forewarned is forewarned.”Jason and his associate, Nick, were a very superbly coordinated team. Nick knew what Jason needed at every turn and would have the appropriate item without Jason having to ask. They were focused on their work with no loose chatter, and helped each other out to keep the work moving in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.Jason did excellent work of drilling down to about 205ft. and installing almost 165ft. of steel casing. Each 20-foot piece had to be welded to the next one, onsite, and at their beveled ends,, and the welding had to be perfect to avoid any water seeping into the well from the surrounding soil. He was calm, professional, and nothing less than meticulous.The lateral drilling was done by Sam Becker [Becker-McLeod, Menomonee Falls]. The precision of this technique was beyond belief. The drill came into the alcove exactly where it was supposed to surface. Becker also worked in tandem, and in coordination with Jason.The entire work took almost 6 days. The old well had to be sealed and abandoned in compliance with DNR and municipal standards. The village inspector came by and “anointed”the work. Every step was accomplished without a hitch. The Groths believe in doing it right the first time.They cleaned the work areas after themselves. The yard has some tire tracks because of recent rain over a clay soil that causes the tires to spin. The soil is heaped up around the well. However, we anticipated these per their advice. The soil has to settle over the next few months of rain and snow and rain, and the tire tracks have to be filled in with topsoil, graded, and reseeded with grass.The alcove, with the new water tank and connections, was clean and tidy when Jason and Nick left. Jason warned us of the dust and that the CO alarms might go off as he cut through the casing of the old well with an acetylene torch, but nothing happened. Jim came by periodically, even did some work himself, and made sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction.We think their costs were reasonable. Even if they were a tad higher, we would rather pay that difference in order to have peace of mind, and for the knowledge that they never took shortcuts, operated safely, and did every piece of work—even the itty-bitty stuff—by the book. They meticulously avoided contaminating the new pump.Their charges were wuite reasonable and they sent a detailed estimate that Jim was willing to explain and justify. He also explained carefully what This family-owned business puts their imprimatur on their work only when they are confident of the quality of their work.One wishes that all contractors and workmen operate this way. They 1. stand behind their work, 2. are out to please, and 3. are reasonable with cost. They have our highest recommendations.
Simply the best. Our AC went out on a Thursday evening. We called at 8am Friday. Brandon was here Friday at 10am and the AC was back working and Brandon was gone at 11am. I don't know how the service could have been any better!! Thank you Block Heating.

Brian Deppisch is the best at plowing snow I have seen in 25 years of having snow plowed. Brian drives his snow plow down my 500 foot driveway not too early in a snow fall and not too late.
That is, Brian watches the weather very closely and decides when to plow and when not to plow. Brian times his arrival very well based on watching, for example, light snow turning into heavy snow and if freezing rain is in the mix.

Excellent customer service. Responsive to voicemail. Fair pricing. Highly recommend! We first called two other contractors we had worked with before re our concern that a malfunctioning bathroom fan could maybe pose an electrical fire hazard. Those contractors were not at all helpful over the phone. Graham called us back, addressed our immediate concern (coached us re unplugging the fan motor), and then put us on his "hot list" amid the holidays to work into the schedule. Our connection to Graham and Bentz Electric was based on a strong recommendation from a friend in Grafton. Bentz has our business, going forward.

I absolutely love Bella Lei! I have been coming here for a year and Ashley completely transformed my hair and my confidence level! Ashley is a true professional and I always look forward to my appointments. She has done a great job taking me from brunette to blonde and always makes sure to spend time giving me tips and tricks on how to keep my hair healthy. North Shore Eye Health and Wellness is amazing! 3 of my 4 kids see Dr. E who is so good and patient with them. Everyone on the staff we have interacted with are so patient and nice. And the 2 ladies we had that helped my boys pick out glasses and take some measurements were incredibly good with my boys. We love this place so much!
