Flock’s, specifically Levi, came out to inspect my furnace after another company had told me I needed it replaced. Levi took his time and inspected the furnace from top to bottom discovering the issue to be the gas regulator on the outside of the house. He left me a detailed paper to give to the gas men and then came back to talk to them when they had questions. He really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Flock’s to anyone looking for service. They are honest, detailed, and thorough in their work. I really appreciated Levi and the work he did.
I had a great experience with the techs that came over to repair our furnace. Very knowledgeable and they didn't mind giving me a lesson on keeping our 25 year old unit running a little bit longer. Will definitely be giving them a call when we are ready to replace it soon. Price was very reasonable.
Our "Really Old" furnace stopped working this October and Flocks was able to come and try to diagnose the issue. After many attempts to get it working, it was time for a new one. We've had issues in the past with our old one and they were able to help those time's also but there was no more limping along the old one. They got our new one installed very quickly for us and what a difference. They have also helped and did maintenance on our AC unit as well. Very professional and skilled. Highly recommend them!
