Ken (the owner) and his right hand man Anthony installed a Vermont Casting, free standing fireplace for us. I had a great experience with the techs that came over to repair our furnace. Very knowledgeable and they didn't mind giving me a lesson on keeping our 25 year old unit running a little bit longer.
