We'd used Ray and his sons for a couple of jobs over the past year or so. Northwest A&W are very reliable, efficient and knowledgeable.
We recommend Ray and his sons for installing and repairing furnaces and HVAC units.
We spoke with Ray this morning as our cooling had suddenly quit working. Within an hour Doug showed up to work on it. We're all good now.

We have a cabin in Northern Wisconsin. Our furnace stopped in the middle of winter and some water pipes burst in basement. We needed a new furnace, water heater and well pressure tank. All our water pipes had to be checked. We called several places and hardly no one called us back. We called Ray. He came the next day right on time and gave us an estimate. The next two days Ray was there on time and did great work. His bill was actually a little less than his estimate. The next time we were there 2 weeks later as promised he came to finish up some incidentals. Call Ray if you have plumbing and heating issues. You won't be sorry. Thanks Ray

I've been doing business with Ray for several years and he has always done very good work for me at a reasonable price. From servicing a very old furnace (including some emergency repairs), installing a new furnace and central air, replacing water lines in my basement, to some additional small jobs ... Ray is always punctual and does great work. I recommended Ray to my brother-in-law to correct installation issues with a new furnace and Ray had the issues resolved quickly. I would highly recommend Northwest Air and Water.
