He also gave me an evaluation of the health of the tree, and suggestions on how to preserve a mid-sized Juniper bush that was impacted by the storm. I would not hesitate to use him again!“

“We have done business with First Choice for years. They are prompt, professional and thorough. After the terrible wind storm of summer 2019, they came and removed trees that were a threat to our home, deck, and fence. Later, they took care of down trees that were not an imminent problem. I was so grateful for the help they provided when I really needed them. Two years ago, we had an oak die in the front yard. They diagnosed it with oak wilt. After discussing options, I hired them to treat the trees around it to prevent spread of disease. So far, so good. Later that winter , when it was safe to remove the dead tree, they took it down and removed the wood. These are trained and skilled arborists. “We had a birch tree fall on our driveway at night during the storms and moved it so we could get by so did not call for emcy service. When we woke up in the morning, a huge pine was also had bent towards the house. Raptor got out here the next day to deal with both trees as well as remove the 3 remaining birch branches (after showing us how rotten the roots were). At first, I wondered by so many on the crew, but as soon as they started working, I understood. They were all quick, professional and were very aware of not damaging our lawn, shrubs and other plantings as much as possible and explained what would happen. They quickly got everything off the ground and through the grinder. They cleaned up after themselves as well! Overall, a wonderful experience and their quick response meant we didn’t have to go to bed another night wondering if the tree would hit our house over night! Very grateful.“

“The Hoppe team works very efficiently. They said they were booked out months, but since I told them I was flexible on scheduling, they came one day while I was at work and took down my dying sugar maple. They just came back this week to grind out the stump (last week was when they cut it down). All in all, I got my estimate, scheduled, and received services all within 1 month. Happy with the result, although the situation itself was unfortunate. They made it easy for us and the price was fair compared to other quotes I received.“
