“My husband called them for a nest/hive in the over hang of our garage. He told them that he would like them to walk the property to see if there were signs of any other hives. He set it up for Tuesday encause he would be home that day. They came on Monday when neither of us were home. They didn’t walk around side or back(we have security motion lights). When he called them asking about coming a day early and not walking around the property, the response was that they didn’t do that kind of thing (walk around to check for other hives). Why wouldn’t they tell him this when specifically asking for this? We would have called around. And found another provider that would do this for us. I know how important sirve are so I will not give lower than this but be aware of this. I was I. The room even he was on the phone and heard him set it for Tuesday and request the llookover. They took care of the hive but since it was done when he wasn’t home, they didn’t tell him that there would be a sooty substance along the garage edge. When he called about everything they explained that it will wash off. Too bad they didn’t came the day he would be home so they could tell him this at that time.“

“I believe Erdye's was able to rid our house of mice... which I'm thankful for. We paid to have traps set up outside the house upon their initial visit. I was told at the time that these would help control mice around the house. I wasn't told that these also posed a risk (and would kill) chipmunks as well as squirrels. That wasn't something I wanted to do, so I had them remove the outside traps/poison. Probably a good idea to let people know that up front so they don't pay for things they don't want to do.Otherwise, they did a good job.“
