My elderly parents were arguing about getting a new toilet for their downstairs bathroom, which just happened to be the original toilet that they put in the house when it was built in 1979... My Mom was overwhelmed with where to get it, what to get and who the heck would install it, so I jumped in to help. We have used Mid City in the past for our own home, so I gave them a call. Matt was able to give me a TON of advice over the phone on what kind of toilet to get, how to know if it would fit in the bathroom (they were upgrading to an elongated ADA model), and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to install. Less than one week later, Mark came out to install. Unfortunately, there was a very small crack in the tank that we missed when we picked the toilet up from the store, but as soon as we got the replacement, Mark came right back to complete the work. My parents have one less reason to argue now and we were all very pleased with the professional service we received!
