Matt was very responsive, transparent with estimates, provided regular updates on progress including pictures, and was flexible with incorporating modifications on the fly. Hired Matt and team to renovate our entire basement including a half bath and rec space. Out of all the contractors we've worked with in the past, he was by-far the best at communication and professionalism. The entire project was done in 4 weeks and everything went to plan. Would highly recommend!
