I came home from work to discover my furnace was not kicking out any heat. Jeff arrived within 15 minutes of my call to HJ Faust. He explained everything he was doing to diagnose and fix my heat. I’m now sitting comfortably, toasty warm! I cannot recommend HJ Faust and Jeff B. highly enough!
Best experience ever, my tech Jake was at my door only a few hours after I called with my furnace down. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Anything I need done from now on I’ll be calling back. Thank you for taking care of me as well as you guys did!
Riley and Chris did our install. They did an INCREDIBLE job. We are so grateful for their kindness, and the kindness of the HJ Faust team. They felt like neighbors coming in to help, and that’s a really sweet feeling. Not to mention, when they left, our home looked like nobody had even been in it.
