With a family base shop, it has to be a challenge to do your best and then worry about SM comments as well.
I have known the family for years. We are not close at all, but anytime I have needed plumbing ...or perhaos any help, I am sure Dion and fam would be there to help.
The 2017 Burlington area flood comes to mind.

Dustin is great, we use him for all our plumbing needs. Last year, he installed our new sump pump and today he installed our new water softener system. Really friendly & knowledgeable, 10/10 recommend!
