Master Murphy always has a smile. His positive outlook and willingness to teach kids taekwondo and the self discipline that comes with it is admirable. He builds self confidence in his students and teaches them important life skills including self defense. Each class, adult or child class, starts with a short group mantra which speaks to self control. Classes include training of the importance of stretching almost in a fun, yet still clinical way, to maintain the health and fitness of both mind and body. Master Murphy is the real deal. I have been fortunate to have taken his classes and for my son to have taken his classes even decades ago. Those life skills still serve me now.
