I struggle with social anxiety and been struggling with upkeep for a long while. Despite my anxieties Alie were patient and took their time to make sure I was comfortable. Even offered a water. The color and haircut that I receive from Michelle meets my expectations every time. If you really want to elevate your being pampered during the winter months, ask Michelle for a deep conditioning treatment. It turned my dry hair into softer and shinier hair. Michelle goes all out to accommodate you should you have to cancel and rebook appointments. She is so easy going that I don't get stressed out about having to do so. The only time Michelle is a little rough is during my upper lip hair removal treatments with the hot wax ... elbow nudge and lol.“
