“I went to the Aurora Clinic at Ruby Isle in Brookfield. I highly recommend using this service for urgent care! What a great experience- easy to make an appt, no waiting, wonderful and caring staff. Better than just a video call from home.“

“This place was awesome! The check in was easy, the receptionist was so friendly. I was in a room within 10 min! The nurse was nice and had a sense of humor. Dr was in within minutes and got me out the door with a prescription. Total time about 30 min! Clean and friendly.“

The nurse was a little curt and didn't seem very happy, but the PA and the student that was shadowing with her made up for it and were absolutely wonderful. They were easy to talk to and had excellent bedside manner. They addressed both of my concerns, explained things very well, and answered all of my questions. Overall, I was extremely happy with the care I received.“

“I went to this locations urgent arrived about 4:45 for shortness of breathe. Got called back right away. I don't remember names but I remember kindness and compassion (I also prayed before going) but they dug into my health history probably more than I wanted but they did what was right and treated and tested me accordingly. Not sure about the low reviews I thought the staff was great!“
