Jessie Foy owner of Rooted In Mindfulness focuses on mindfulness for all that are interested. He teaches you tips for meditation to help to handle stress and challenges in front of us in our day to day lives. Together this husband and wife duo finds ways for us individuals to put us first to be healthy in our day to day life and to learn how to be kind to yourself in everyday struggles. I'm so thankful that during this difficult time in my life I have them to help with my fertility problems I'm facing at this time or any other stress thrown my way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I saw another acupuncturist for 2 yrs while trying to conceive with no success, also failed multiple IUIs & IVFs. I started seeing Erika and was pregnant my 2nd month with her! When trying for #2 we tried for 8 mths on our own with no luck, went back to Erika and again was pregnant in the 2nd month. We did reach a point where I had other serious issues arise and Erika was quick to recognize when the problems went beyond what she could treat, pointed me in the right direction and supported me through it. We now have a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old who absolutely adore each other!
