She communicates clearly and helps you feel at ease. Michelle did an excellent job mapping out my brows, making sure I liked how they looked, and choosing the best color match. Blondes are extra tricky due to pigmentation issues that can arise and Michelle nailed it. Pictures taken both inside low light and with natural light from window. No makeup. They look so natural! I love my brows.“
