After a different threading company botched my eyebrows, Pinal was recommended to me through a friend. She did not disappoint!! She fixed what she could (as they were really uneven) and recommended growing them out so she can fix them properly. I have waited long enough and can't wait to return to her! She wasn't going to charge me but I insisted I pay as I was so distraught about my eyebrows being messed up in the first place. Very kind, professional, and welcoming.
