The Milan in Brookfield is awesome! I have other Milan’s I live closer to but I make the trip to this one because the staff could not be nicer. The waiting room is always clean and relaxing, but I am never kept waiting long (if at all) for an appointment. The women working there are very conscious of making this as comfortable of an experience as it can be. I also appreciate that Milan allows you to come back as many times as you need to in case you go through any hormonal changes or anything that brings back a bit of hair growth way down the road after your treatment. Could not recommend them enough!!
Update 2 to 4 Stars: I received a call from the call center where the sweet woman spent the conversation listening to my concerns, apologizing, and finding a satisfactory outcome. I appreciate the excellent customer service and willingness to listen to my story. It doesn't change my situation but works to find a happier ending.
My experience at Milan has been absolutely wonderful! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to get laser done, the lifetime package is truly a great deal as opposed to buying sessions package in my opinion. I can always go back for touch ups, and not having to worry about paying anymore! Moreover, they are professional nurses who perform the laser treatment and I’ve seen a significant reduction in hair growth.
