Best Eye doctor ever! Very nice staff and Dr. Melchert saves the day when needed. One time I went somewhere closer since I had moved an hour away. I came running back to get my prescription fixed! I will never go to another!
Perfect balance of friendliness, professionalism, and skill in all areas - from the actual exam to figuring out my insurance. Cutting edge equipment. I recommend them totally and without reservation.
Update on my previous review.I went into Melchert Eye Care today to pick up glasses that I ordered and was greeted upon entering and informed I would be seen shortly. As I was waiting Dr. Melchert appeared with a warm greeting, handshake, smile and great eye contact. He assisted me with retrieving the glasses, fitting and provided me with care items. This visit was enjoyable and a redemption to the previous visit.Thank you Lynn and Dr. Melchert.
