I am not positive of the techs name that Ginger had for her appointment. She was very friendly and very kind to Ginger. She was thorough with her questions as well. I loved the time spent listening to my concerns about our dog and how patient the tech and Dr. Megan were with us.
I felt very welcome from the moment I walked into the office. I was very happy with the treatment and advice I was given and how much time was spent making sure I had all the information and could ask questions.
Very compassionate, comfortable treatment. Tech and Dr Kristin so understanding of my concerns about priorities and triaging health concerns. Good with my timid chihuahua, they get down to ground level to interact with him. He seems to have enjoyed his appt when over. Thank you! Worth the drive! Very validated that I am providing holistic and natural health options for my pet chihuahua.
