Prompt response to need for AC repair, with blown out capacitor. Was able to fix my older system, and tuned up the unit. I felt the repair charges were a bit inflated since I didn't agree to buy a new unit for nearly $5k. I hate that feeling. Anyway, these guys can do the work and will arrive promptly.
Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. I called the office and they had representative (Bill) there within two hours.Bill checked our entire system and the thoroughly explained our problem and then we discussed all of the options available to us. ( no pressure sales) Due to the age of our system we elected to go ahead and have our furnace and air-conditioner replace. THEY HAD A CREW THERE THE NEXT DAY! I would highly recommend. I had my furnace go down at some point Friday night had a call in the morning with them early Saturday morning had a tech come to diagnose my furnace by late morning. Talked me through my options for my 18 year old furnace and ended up wanting to replace it. They offered a great price for the unit and installation. The installer was there early afternoon and I had heat for my family again before dark. They are quick, responsive, knowledgeable and offer a great value.
