    Date of visit: February 23, 2024 I've not ever visited this location because it's the opposite direction of home and I usually get a haircut after work. But on this particular day, there was no wait here and since it was only a few minutes out of the way, I decided to take a chance. The results were a bit disappointing. When I arrived, there was no wait and a stylist was relaxing in one of the chairs on her cell phone. She yelled back to Paige that she was up and I had never felt so much like a piece of cattle in my life. Paige was on the phone and after a minute, hung up and brought me back after she clocked in. Once we were through all that, she was very nice and gave me a great haircut. I wish I could say that was the end of my disappointment but the service was punctuated with twenty-five minutes of complaints about a male manager berating other staff in front of clients and that Miss Shirley doesn't always listen. Venting about work to your coworkers is healthy, normal, and something I would encourage. But not in front of me. I was the only customer for this entire bitch session, and the whole time I was praying for more clients to come in to break up the coffee klatch to no avail. My haircut is pretty straightforward and is usually done in 10 to 12 minutes so to go nearly a half hour tells you how much complaining was being done in place of cutting... Again, Paige was very nice and thorough and I didn't even mind her cutting my ear with the clippers, I just really wanted to get home on a Friday afternoon, especially as it was snowing!

    Not bad place. Got a good haircut for the price. Definitely not the place where you get a straight shave on the back, but good for a quick in/out good quality haircut. I’d come back again. The lady this AM was very nice and did a nice job. Keep her around.

    Stopped by for a quick cut to clean up dead ends. I checked in online and didn't have to really wait upon arrival. They had a sign on the door saying "cash only" and made mention of it again when I checked in. Have a good feeling people were still not picking it up which is what led to the over-explanation. I had my dry hair up in a bun and my stylist missed a few things: didn't spray my hair to make it wet for a more precise cut, didn't ask where I part my hair, and didn't seem to trim too much off. I had asked for a trim off the bottom and clean up my layers. Normally, most stylists will hold it up above your head to match up on sides and whatnot. Not my stylist. Just seemed to trim a minimal amount. Plus, my hair was parted down the side from being up in a bun so my cut is a bit sideways now. Some of the cuts seemed to do more damage as they were tugging on my hair when she was layering around my face. When she finished, I opted to just leave as I was nervous about more damage being done. Also, their prices went up. I don't know that I would pay for this experience again.
