Excellent first time appointment with Dr.Olsen, she is very kind and very skilled at what she does. She took very good care of my cat, and cleared up misinformation I had recieved about her in the past. I am confident for the first time in a long time about my cat's care. I really appreciate the sweet vet techs who are so kind and who ask how my cat is doing when I call. They also called to follow up on our first appointment, I'm so glad we tried Care Animal Clinic, and I appreciated how caring everyone was.
We have always received excellent care for our pets. We had a ten year gap between needed services. We called with concerns about a cat they had not previously seen. They got us in right away. Good communication about blood work, etc. We appreciated not trying to be sold on other care--shots, teeth cleaning, etc. An all around good experience.
