Just had Bath Fitter install a new complete shower for my father in law. The gentleman who came to the house was Jimmy. He was excellent!! I can not believe how well the install went and the shower is beautiful!! Jimmy arrived promptly, took extreme care with the entire process, explained every detail and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything. There was a small mishap with the shower seat and he went above and beyond and had someone bring the correct one to the house while he was installing everything. The sales person(Steve) was very patient and thorough answering all of my many questions. He was great! I contacted him a couple of times before install. He was always available. The process is seamless. I will definitely recommend to others. The plumber was great too! The installer(Matt) was awesome! Friendly, professional, meticulous. I am a picky person. Need to be flawless. He did an amazing job! I love love my new tub and shower! Thank You Guy's! ~ Debra

The initial discussion with our sales consultant Will was very informative and transparent, and it didn’t feel pushy. We ultimately ended up having our tub replaced and are very satisfied with the results - it looks so much better than before! Jimmy did a great job with the installation, which included releveling the floor and upgrading some old plumbing. Overall, it was a bit more expensive than we were hoping for, but I think this is one of those “you get what you pay for” situations, given the quality work. Glad to know it’s covered under a lifetime warranty too.
