I came into my newly leased real estate office to find water on the floor and the ceiling wet this evening. I called the owner of the building and he called Marty at AJ Iverson Heating and Cooling ... I was SHOCKED to have him say he would be there in an hour as it was after 8pm already on a Tuesday night. Marty arrived within the hour, assessed and corrected the problem quickly and professionally. Being a real estate broker for the past 19 years, I have met with a lot of service personnel, and never in all my years have I been more impressed ... Marty at AJ Iverson will be my first call from now on ... and he should be your first call too! ���
