It was my first time visiting Affiliated Dermatologists in Brookfield, and I adored Dr. Swick and her staff. I felt seen, heard, and valued by everyone with whom I interacted. I explained to Dr. Swick that I sometimes feel anxious during medical appointments and wanted to take clear notes to refer to later. She spelled everything out for me - literally - so I could learn more about the conditions she diagnosed and concerns we discussed. I scheduled a follow-up appointment with Dr. Swick for Botox, and I'll be visiting the Skin & Laser Center for a DiamondGlow facial. I really like Dr. Steven Schuckit a lot. I've been going here to him for a number of years. He is very friendly, approachable, easy to talk with, he's compassionate and is very competent. His assistants are also nice. My only bone in contention here is the front desk staff can be arduous and painstakingly long to deal with. Lots of repetitive ID, medical insurance card questions. Even making a future appointment was an undertaking. So, I had to allow 15 mins. or more to complete their process. Otherwise, I highly recommend the doctor and his other staff.
Dr Gretchen Zirble has been my Dermatologist for many years and I am so pleased with her Treatment for various skin issues I have had and always getting great results.
She is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer all of my questions.
I feel very fortunate to be in her excellent care and because I am a nurse, I do my homework before I get a Dr. Dr Zirble gets 5 Stars from me!
