My husband and I hired Mike Malloy to design an art studio next to our home in Racine, WI. We wanted something that could complement our 1930’s colonial home and still have its own personality.

Mr. Malloy is a God send. I reached out to him in the middle of our nightmare with our shady former contractor. He answered my call and listened to our dilemma. He immediately offered his professional advice. He offered his time to review the architectural plans and village requirements and pointed out everything that is wrong (out of the goodness of his heart). He directed us to the next steps we need to do, the right questions to ask the people we are planning to hire so we won't get taken advantage of again and solutions that we can take to overcome our problem.
