I was looking into a foreclosure and had an inspection back in 2013 when I was young 20s. Mike did a fantastic job going over all details with me on every aspect of the home. He really took his time inspecting and breaking down what needs to be fixed or what to look out for. This was on an old 1930s colonial home. Since then I’ve done plenty of remodeling and updates. Pulled out the inspection report today and it was great to look back thru old photos and notes. I can’t thank Mike enough for his time, effort, and friendliness to help me get a safe home.

Kyle was early to the appointment and happy to answer all the questions I had as a first time home buyer. He genuinely wanted to help me understand what I should be looking for as the new owner of the house and taught me about the home during the inspection.
