I was looking into a foreclosure and had an inspection back in 2013 when I was young 20s. Mike did a fantastic job going over all details with me on every aspect of the home. He really took his time inspecting and breaking down what needs to be fixed or what to look out for. This was on an old 1930s colonial home. Since then I’ve done plenty of remodeling and updates. Pulled out the inspection report today and it was great to look back thru old photos and notes. I can’t thank Mike enough for his time, effort, and friendliness to help me get a safe home.
Awesome local flooring store that was super helpful when I was looking for White Oak floor for my house. Rene was extremely nice in answering any of my questions and getting together quotes for different options for flooring selection. Highly suggest stopping by and seeing their selection, much more personable than any big box store if you need new flooring.
