Ron is a very professional, courteous man. He was very quick to respond and although he did not have the water heater on hand and had 2 service calls ahead of me, he was able to install one I picked up. Ron has done several jobs for me. Once, he fixed the hell out of a bad installation of a dishwasher by another big plumbing outfit. It didn't drain properly and there were holes in the woodwork and snakes of pipes everywhere. When Ron got done, not only did the dishwasher work, but the suction in the sink drain became almost perilous (in a good way).Then I needed to replace my tenants water heater. I unwisely bought one on my own, and then realized I had no idea how to properly install a power vented gas water heater. Ron to the rescue again.
