We’ve been customers for well over a decade. However,we had another contractor come in to replace our flooring with lvp. The other contractor completely messed up the flooring and 8 months later we had to have the flooring all ripped up again. The other contractor made my floors a disaster. And Capauls came to the rescue and working weekends to squeeze us in. They corrected the previous contractors negligence. Now I have beautiful and functional floors. John was very patient and helpful. And the contractors he sent in were the best. Thank you for taking a very upsetting situation and turning it into a very happy ending. I highly recommend!!

We recently replaced several rooms and two stairways with new carpet. Capaul's has a large selection of quality carpeting and carpet pad. What really sets Capaul's apart is the level of customer service in the showroom and the amazing installers they have on staff. Jim and Isaac did an amazing job installing our carpet and the stairways are perfect!! Capaul's is the only flooring business you need to consider!
