“Thank you so much for squeezing us in at the last minute to take care of Charlee's ear infection! We appreciate you guys!.“
“I once worked for a great vet for 4 years. Dr. Hess is like him. She is not a corporate vet running a "business." She is an excellent veterinary diagnostician, and she cares about the animals. I totally trust her judgment, and there are not a lot of vets (or doctors) I can say that about. If you want a snazzy new building, this is not your place. If you want a great vet for your animals, you can't do better.“
“Kind, respectful staff who really know and love their animals! We bring our two cats in just once a year and they remember them every time. Recommend to everyone.“
“Pros: friendly staff, convenient pickup for meds, electric med records and appointment reminders. They take the time to make sure your dog is calm and that anything confusing is explained clearly, regardless of how much time it takes. You are able to come into the building with your dog at exam time.

Cons: not many I can think of - you do have to call before entering the building at your appointment time, which feels like a lingering covid policy; however, I can see potential value in doing so (can avoid issues with larger dogs interacting with smaller dogs which entering/exciting, etc.). This process becomes an issue if you have T-Mobile as you won't be able to call when you arrive due to lack of cell signal. P.S. no more T-Mobile for me. :-)

Tip: there's a lower entrance (left side of building) and an upper entrance (right side of building). For appointments, park on the left/lower side. For med pickup (or dog drop-off) park on the right/upper side.“
