Friday, August 4 and our AC stopped working during the night. Was 77° downstairs and 75° upstairs when we got up this morning and we normally keep it in the 70 to 72° range. Thank you so much Modern Heating and cooling for getting someone out here so quickly And finding the repair was not major and getting it done fast by a knowledgeable technician who is also very friendly. So many advantages for using this company, they are not located very far from us, every bit of Heating and cooling, maintenance or equipment replacement we've ever had to get done in the 23 years we've lived here has been done by Modern Heating and cooling. It is not above the owner Dave to come out and give an estimate and to thank us for our continued patronage. Thank you again For your fast knowledgeable service, and we will continue to use you and to recommend you to others.

I consider myself very lucky that someone recommended Modern Heating and Cooling to me! I needed work on my 35+ year old boiler. I had already been told by another company that it needed to be replaced at a huge price tag. Not having a great deal of HVAC knowledge I needed someone that I could trust not to take advantage of me. 2 years and 3 service calls later my old boiler is running just fine!! They saved me about $6,000. I appreciate their integrity! Not everyone is knowledgeable about boilers that age - but Roger is!! He is a rock star!!!

My furnace and AC were around seventeen years old and showing their age. I called around and got three quotes. Modern had the best price on the same equipment. Scheduling the change out was easy and communication was good. Their workers arrived early and were very professional. They were willing to answer any questions I had and seemed very knowledgable. The furnace runs so much quieter and looks good. So far I am really happy and and I feel like I got a quality product and install.
