I have had good experiences with Kontney. I bought a laptop a few years ago and was happy with the service. I recently took my older iMac in to be wiped. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they would buy it for resale.

Kyle Kontney arrived on time and was very thorough in diagnosing our problem, which we originally believed was with our router. When he determined the problem was our smart TV, he did not charge us for his visit, despite our efforts to pay him for the service call.
