I used to feel good about going here , especially about DR. Bednarik. But recently some big vet conglomerate took over and it has become all about paying right away and beforehand for tests sent away. It used to be a place where it felt like you and your pet were cared for. It was a personal place with the sense that your financial situation might be taken into account. Now I am looking around for a different vet clinic, one that is not owned by a greedy conglomerate.

I recently had a vet come out to pull blood for a coggins on a couple horses and I asked if i would have to pay right away or if I'd be getting a bill in the mail. They said I'd be getting a bill so I scheduled the next available time. Long story short I had issues with one of the horses so the vet left to go on an emergency call, I called the clinic back a few times and told them to tell the vet not to come back out because I couldn't get the halter on the horse. But she showed back up anyways. So they charged me extra for that and they also charged me extra for "professional services/help" when I never asked for help. Instead of a $100 vet bill I ended up with a bill that was almost $200 and since they said they couldn't send the blood out for testing until I paid they had to come out and do it again because they lied and needed the money up front instead of sending me a bill like they did the previous year. Not happy with this clinic at all

My Grandma brought her dying 15-year-old dog to this place. They refused to see him because she didn't have an appointment and the vet was on lunch. She was told to make an appointment for the next day ensuring her dog would have to suffer through another night without medical treatment. Don't come here.
