We have been using Berlin Vet for years for our large farm animals and they have always been great. I now have a cat who comes to Berlin vet for her check ups and a couple months ago had a health scare. Dr. Holt was the BEST and extremely informative about what was going on. She gave me hope through the entire situation and was super transparent about options and the issues my cat was experiencing. When X-Rays were taken, she walked me through all of the images in detail so there was absolutely nothing I was not aware of. She was so kind and went the extra mile to make sure I was informed. Have been going here for years, the entire staff has always been very respectful, knowledgeable while greeting you every visit with a smile. They all care for and treat our fur babies like they were their own family members. Every visit I give them a thumbs up. Great staff, great treatments and great experiences.
Our dog is 15 years old and developed a lump under his eye and upper jaw. Because of his age and resistance the vet was slowly trying to open his mouth wide enough to see his teeth, she only got a quick look. She thought he either had an abscess or possibly a tumor. She talked to us about drainage and antibiotics and pain management rather than pushing for surgery or X-rays. So now we treat him with the medication and hope the swelling and/or inflammation subsides. She is a wonderful person and vet I highly recommend this clinic for your fur baby. P. S.
