Just like the others, we are still waiting for our tax refund with the exact same scenario. Had a computer glitch, then had to get a whole new computer system. It’s now almost August….. what a nightmare. Do not go here. Very rude man.

I would make it 0 stars but 1 is the least I can do. This place is owned by a crooked thief. 2023 2024 taxes never got filed, charged 100 and I still had to go get them filed at h&r block. Scott munch is a criminal and should be treated as such! Do not go here for taxes or anything for that matter. He said he would refund anyone who came forward and that was 6 months ago and still no payment. With the excuse " it's in the mail." Really for 6 months!!

If I could put zero Stars I would. Only because of the many lies that he told us. Instead of just saying what happened he kept us hanging on for 6 months. I had to go to h&r block to actually have our taxes redone and filed. By the way they got us an extra $215 back that he missed. I want a refund for what I paid him because we've had to pay twice now.
