Aurum was awesome to work with! There was no over the top or pushy sales people. And they handle everything with the insurance company. Which was fantastic. Dealing with insurance is a big headache. Tristan was our point of contact. Let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff. He has knowledge, is humble, does not feed you bs and delivered on every single item we discussed and then some.

well had some problem with the storm door they installed the windows were excellent job as for the storm door they installed i would say & they agree MFG defect they will replace the door with a upgraded door, I would recommend the co

Brian was very helpful in getting our entire home roofed, sided and guttered. There were some insurance issues but Brian and Aurum persevered and helped make it happen! Ryan was also amazing in accomplishing this big task!! I also have to mention the fantastic workers who worked so hard and so long and their craftsmanship was excellent… Kudos to those teams!!
