Seven Hills Hardwood Flooring

During a kitchen remodel we realized we needed our floors refinished. Seven Hills came in way under the bids of other providers. I was a little worried by the low bid, but the outcome is excellent. Care was taken and the floor was quickly refinished and the result looks amazing. He even assisted our remodeler to prep the floors which was not in his bid. He even charged us 80$ less than his estimate due to our floor being a bit smaller than he estimated. I do not recall this ever happening to me in the past. Usually contractors make their estimate the minimum you'll pay. Very impressed by Seven Hills. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Owner/installer Jim B. just finished a week at our place putting in 3/4" #2 maple. Looks amazing - again! He was here 15 years ago to do the kitchen/dining/hallway and this time did the living room. Had to blend the new with the old. Can't tell the difference. The colored wood is from 2004 and one pic shows how the old and new had to be blended near the stairs.
