Between This clinic and the staff in Madison VA I get great service for both my physical and Mental health needs They are the best I have seen in my dealings with VA health care in WI
This has been a great VA Clinic. Care is fast and efficient. It’s nice to have something close to get in to a Dr. but they are limited in the care they can provide, and for many things you have to make appointments in Madison or Milwaukee VA hospitals which aren’t convenient with traffic.
Everyone I have met at the Clinic has been very friendly and helpful. I always know the staff is going to do their best to help with anything I might need.The Clinic is always neat, clean, and organized, with the restful, healthy feeling like I remember as a kid when going to my family doctor many years ago. Not some overcrowded and chaotic corporate clinic, sometimes forgetting it is a VA/Government facility.
