I give 5 stars! Got home from work to find out that my boiler system stopped working. I called the emergency number and received excellent customer service. Within a minute or two of placing the call, I received a call back from Matt. He was here within 45 minutes to 1 hour to look at it. He was extremely friendly and explained things very well. He even explained things that I didn't know. Best thing of all is that he never once acted like he didn't want to be here, especially having to come out after hours! Was having an intermittent problem with my furnace, and even though it took them 4 different trips to my house to find and fix the issue, but they were so friendly and patient about it! Highly recommended!!

Everyone knows how important it is to regularly service mechanicals in your house. Air Care came in this year to service my AC and found a part that was bad along with a failing compressor. They gave me an option to repair the part, which I did. Then offered me a free estimate to prepare for the upgrade. Chad came by the following week and laid out exactly what I needed and explained my options. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from them. To make a long story short that week the Compressor failed. Yes, it was 87 humid degrees in the house. I sent him an email and we talked the same morning all before their regular hours.
