I have been using Dirks Heating & Cooling since moving to Danbury, WI, in November of 2021, and it's time I recognize them for the great work and support they have provided since moving here.
To begin, I was under a very tight timeline to install a combi-boiler and radiant heating system before winter was upon us. They worked diligently to finish the job. If they hadn't, I would have had to postpone my move until the spring of 2022, which wasn't an option since I had already sold my home. They literally saved me and my wife from living in an apartment, something we didn't budget for!!
We appreciated the prompt and professional service Dirks provided us. Our heat pump was and installed about 20 years ago and had worked great on our four season porch. A week ago we had a leak which somewhat damaged the bamboo flooring and a bit of sheet rock. My husband called and we received a prompt service call and repairman was able to fix the problem that day. I highly recommend your company.

We just had a heat pump/furnace system installed, and the techs, Scott and Lucas, did a masterful job. They finished it in one day and it works great. Dirk’s is a good company to work with, and I trust them with my HVAC needs.
