We converted our wood stove to a gas stove and installers, Will and Victor were competent, professional and efficient! They took time to explain not only what they were doing but also answered our questions about operation. And they cleaned up everything spotlessly at the end. We are very pleased!

The installers, Will and Victor were awesome. Will showed us and explained everything they did and they were meticulous about every aspect of the install. We converted our wood burning fireplace to gas and couldn't be more pleased with the look, the heat efficiency and cleanliness compared to wood. We'll save the smell of burning wood to the outdoor firepit from now on! They also left our home in spotless condition. In just 2 days, they did a GREAT job!!

Not only is our new Yotul wood stove fantastic in every way, Will and Victor took, “customer service” to a new level. Our install was on Valentine’s Day, as the second snowstorm of the week was approaching our area in SC WI. The crew showed up exactly as promised and Will walked me thru the install and talked me through any questions/concerns.
