These folks are absolutely the worst. Your tax files get passed around and you won't know who's doing what. Emails don't get returned. Phone calls are not answered. Voice mail is ignored. You'll be lucky if your taxes get filed on time but you won't know until the very last minute. Save yourself some stress and find someone else to do your taxes.

This has to be the most unprofessional accounting firm that I have ever worked with. I was never able to reach a human being. I was only able to leave a voice message and then the call is Never returned. Very sad!!
