“As a former cosmetologist myself, it’s not often I let others touch my hair. I am pretty particular and I usually just do it myself. Thao and I have spent months building a friendship and communicating. I’ve also been watching her work and have always been impressed. After starting with just a haircut a couple months ago, I decided it was time to let her color my hair and for me to enjoy being pampered and not do it myself.I LOVE my red, and Thao did an AMAZING job nailing the melt between the black and red. “At a different salon I had a nightmare of an experience( the BEFORE picture) is the day I got home from that appointment. They destroyed my hair, they did NOT give me the color I wanted, they made it darker, fried my hair, I had breakage. “Personally I go here for the tanning. They have great beds, and keep up on changing the bulbs regularly. They make the rooms very comfortable and private. They are always clean. The staff is amazing. They are all extremely welcoming, kind and make you feel comfortable when your there. I have never had my hair done here, only because I lost my hair. But you can tell, from their loyal returning customers to the fact, all their chairs in the salon, are almost always full. You can tell they care for their customers and take the time to listen and get to know their clientele. They cost more then the average cost cutters but not by much and you definitely get your money's worth here. They are all very experienced and know what their doing! So whether your looking to get a great fake and bake, or a new style, I would recommend Total Salon to anyone!“
