Well got my 2020 nissan altima from here an for the most part the guy jacob helped me figure everything out an answered most of my questions about the car altho there was a few issues it wasnt to big of a deal like there was scratches on the back area an the tail lights were marked with a white n black mark noting the mechanics seen it but we thought it was touch up paint n he didnt say anything let us think tht then wen i got home my gpa noticed the other light had the white mark we missed n told us what it meant. We were traveling in WI from MN when our vehicle began sounding weird. When I contacted this dealership they were willing to take me in right away despite no availability.
It turned out my car needed an urgent and major repair before we hit the road back home. Lucas (the technician) diagnosed the issue and completed the repair as quickly as possible. Just bought my first new car and I am so glad to have done so at Bachrodt!! I was instantly met with help and they were quick and courteous with getting me into the cars that held my interest. Working out the numbers hardly took any time at all and they were willing to alter things until we found a deal that made the most sense. Absolutely amazing service!
